Smith Funeral Directors offer dignified non-attended cremations, often referred to as direct cremations.

A direct cremation is arranged with the same level of care and professionalism as a traditional cremation service. From the very beginning, our compassionate team will guide and support you through the entire process, assisting with all necessary arrangements and paperwork.

Once all arrangements have been completed, we will confirm the date and time of the cremation with you in advance. As with all our services, we will carefully consider any important dates you may wish for us to avoid, such as birthdays, anniversaries, or other meaningful occasions.

Choosing a direct cremation does not lessen the level of care, dignity, or respect given to your loved one. Every person entrusted into our care is treated with compassion and professionalism at all times.

The cost of a non-attended cremation is £1,195.00, which includes all essential services required for the cremation.
